Djanaina Francois was born in Port-au-Prince, she left the country at the age of 15. She studied acting in New York and has worked on film projects in the states and in Haiti. A visualist, an observer and raconteur of human behavior, she wears hats in the literary world such as essayist, and poet, and hopes to wear a few more in the cinematic world. Food, skincare , buying more books before finishing the ones that she has are her side passions.

Every time we elect a new president, we hope that they will achieve the dream of revitalizing the tourism sector. However, these projects are usually abandoned soon after elections.
